Although many of us who are blind or visually impaired can’t read nonverbal communication, we can often hear what someone isn’t saying by the tone of their voice. I don’t know about you, but as a Writer, I’ve developed the skill of reading between the lines. This means that I often hear or read what’s implied by a person through written or verbal communication.
