Hello dear writers and readers in the Blogosphere.
Have you ever felt led to listen to a podcast episode, but weren’t quite sure why you were drawn to it, until near the very end? That’s what happened to me this morning. Let me explain.
This morning, over breakfast, I listened to Friday’s episode of the Where Did You See God Podcast entitled Sitting in Suffering: Public Transparency.
In this episode, Paul Granger speaks with Heather Carter, who was led by God to write her thoughts and share them on her website, after being diagnosed with, and treated for Leukemia. God used her blog posts and her books to glorify Him and to show people that they are not alone in their suffering.
The Holy Spirit lead me to not only share this episode with a friend, but to create my own podcast episode and YouTube video entitled Writing With a Purpose. This episode started out with my final Camp NaNoWriMo update, but I have to admit, God turned it into something bigger than I could have ever imagined. If there’s one thing, I want you to take away from this post it’s this: Your writing has a purpose. The purpose is to glorify God and to share the good news about Jesus with the world, this is why I tell listeners and viewers at the end of every podcast episode and YouTube video that your story matters, because it does matter, more than you’ll ever know. So, I challenge you to read to get inspired, write something inspiring and share your creation with the world, for when you touch one life, you’ve touched thousands. Happy writing and God bless you!
Love and Prayers,
Ann
