Hello everyone, Today I’m coming to you with a Q&A from a blog post I read in my email inbox yesterday. These questions are thought provoking, yet I had fun answering them as well. You can find the original post at the following link: http://gingermomreads.com/2018/03/24/blogger-spotlight-5-the-unique-blogger-award/ Q: If you could interview ANY author (famous / not, Indie / traditional published), who would it be and why? A: I would interview Karen Kingsbury, because I love her inspirational fiction, and she has inspired my writing in many ways. Sometimes a scene featuring a minor character has inspired one of my characters for A Journey of Faith. There are other times when the Holy spirit speaks to me while I’m reading her books and I get into my writing zone. Q: What is your favorite part of blogging? A: I like to write what’s on my heart, and as long as it encourages one of my readers and I can add value to the life of at least one person, then blogging is my way to reach out to other people. Q: What is one of the biggest goals for your blog? A: One of my biggest goals for my blog is to connect with more readers and add value to the lives of my current followers. Q: Do you have a blogger who inspires you to keep blogging? If so, who? And what about them inspires you? A: I don’t have one particular favorite blogger, but I am inspired to keep blogging by several bloggers. For example, I read the Campbell’s world blog, and the Giggles & Tales blog, and I sometimes have to comment on them. I love Stewart Perkins’s blog called Storyshucker, because his stories inspire me, and I sometimes comment on them. If I have to pick a favorite, I guess I’d have to choose Storyshucker. Q” What was your favorite book as a child? A: My favorite book as a child was a book called King Emmitt’s Pig. I couldn’t get over how many pigs he had in either his room or his castle. My question when I was little was: Why does he want a live pig? I’m amazed that I can still remember bits and pieces of that book, after all these years. Please feel free to answer these questions in the comments of the original post, then post them on your own blog. Have fun with these, and I’ll see ya next time. Happy reading, writing, and God Bless. Blogger’s spotlight Q&A
